Effective August 1st, 2010, Master Halco became part of ITOCHU’s Chemicals, Forest Products and General Merchandise Division. In conjunction with this change, Ken Fishbein and Mona Zinman, the CEOs of PrimeSource, have assumed this same role at Master Halco. PrimeSource is a dominant player in the Building Material Industry whose GRIP-RITE family of products carries one of the most highly regarded brands in the market.
