Lawrenceville, NJ – LMT Mercer Group, Inc today announced that it acquired all assets of Alpine Plastics, Inc, a hand rail accessory and porch post manufacturer based in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The purchase will expand LMT Mercer Groups manufacturing capacity and product offering in the making of pvc spindles and porch posts, allowing LMT to serve the needs of existing and potential customers.

“Our acquisition strategy has been to target successful businesses that can add to our capacity or enhance our product offerings in strategic areas,” said LMT President Anthony Lesenskyj. “We were seeking to expand our spindle and porch post product lines and Alpine Plastics presented us with that opportunity, and more.”

In addition to expanding the PVC spindle and porch post product offering, the acquisition will allow future expansion of OEM products at affordable prices to our manufacturing and extrusion partners.
