Construction Estimator/Project Manager
Responsibilities include performing all duties associated with the entire commercial fence estimating process and project management of commercial fence projects from pre construction thru close out.
Requirements
*A minimum of 3 years related experience in the construction fencing industry..
*Should be proficient using construction software for estimating and at utilizing online search tools and web based project retrieval.
*Good understanding of principles, methods, and techniques of architectural, civil, mechanical blue prints.
*Good oral and written communications skills
*Excellent time management and organizational skills.
*Ability to work well with clients, general contractors and other team members.
