Nation’s Largest Showcase of Overhead Door Products On Display at 2009 International Garage Door Exposition

More than 160 manufacturers and suppliers of residential and commercial overhead door systems products will highlight the 2009 International Garage Door Exposition, taking place April 21 – 25 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn The annual event is sponsored by the International Door Association, and is expected to draw more than 4,000 industry participants Following a two-day series of educational seminars designed for overhead door dealers, the annual showcase of products will begin on Friday, April 24 and continue the following day. The exhibitors include manufacturers of residential garage doors, fire doors, commercial sectional and rolling doors, accessories, safety systems and a wide range of other components.

The products will include many newer design-based residential garage doors designed to increase curb appeal to homes, and the latest models used in industrial applications.

Membership in the International Door Association is not required to attend. One-day passes can be purchased on site for $50. Lunch in the exhibit hall is included with the one-day pass.

The International Door Association, based in West Milton, Ohio, is a non-profit trade association for more than 1,500 door systems retailers and is supported by many of the industry’s suppliers. More information about IDA and a full schedule of all Exposition activities can be found at
